Brigitte learned photography on her mother's Olympus OM-1 growing up in Los Angeles and has carried a camera ever since. Based in Brooklyn, Brigitte spends her days a practicing public criminal defense and immigration law in the Bronx and her nights devoted to documentary and fine art photography. In February 2018, Brigitte was invited to Pocoapoco art residency in Oaxaca, Mexico and she recently studied under photographers Rebecca Norris Webb and Alex Webb, member of Magnum Photos. Her photographs have been featured and/or are forthcoming in No Tokens JournalPurple Diary, Stolen Ground, Whitelies Magazine, and The Calvert Journal.
